Steinberg, Milton

Steinberg, Milton
(1903-50)
   American rabbi and novelist. He was born in Rochester, New York, and became rabbi at New York's Park Avenue Synagogue. His publications include As a Driven Leaf, The Making of the Modern Jew, Basic Judaism, A Partisan Guide to the Jewish Problem and A Believing Jew.
